COVID-19: Tuition, coaching centres reopened in Leh, staff must be vaccinated
LEH, Jan 24: Deputy Commissioner Leh today ordered re-opening of Tuition/Coaching Centres in the district with a ceiling of 20 students or 25 percent of the seating capacity, whichever is less.
According to an order in this regard, only the asymptomatic students/teachers/staff shall be allowed to attend the classes and it shall be mandatory to take a written consent from the parents of the students.
The students between the age group of 15 to 18 years should mandatorily be in possession of authentic vaccination certificates (first dose) while staff and students belonging to containment zones shall not be allowed to attend tuition/coaching until the containment zone is de-notified, reads the order.
