Kashmir University: Subject Combination Pattern For 3rd/4th Sem - Check Here
A few days ago, Kashmir University notified the admission notice for BG 3rd/4th Semester Batch 2021.
So in this article, JK Student Info is going to explain you some general information regarding the subject Combination.
Student who is going to get enrolled in 3rd/4th Semester has to choose the following subjects.
Subject Combination For BG 3rd Sem Arts ( BA)
For General BA ( Arts) , there will be the combination of 3rd Sem Like This:
English + 2 Core Subjects + Mil Subject + Disaster Management = 5
For 4th Sem, The Combination will be the same but Disaster Management will be replaced with Your Skill Subject ( You have to opt 4th Sem Skill subject in advance during 3rd Sem Admission)
In short, Student has to choose 6 Subjects,
Five For 3rd Sem ( Eng, 2core, Mil, Skill ) and;
One for 4th Sem in advance as a Skill Subject

What are Core subjects?
Core Subjects are the main subjects that you have opted in 1st/2n Sem like, if your subject combination is this in 1st/2nd Sem:
English, Political Science, Sociology & English Communication Skill.
Then Political & Sociology are yours core Subjects & The rest will be replaced after each semester.
What are Mil Subjects:-
From Batch 2020 onward, Kashmir University has Introduced Mil Subjects For 3rd/4th Sem, Student has to choose any among the following:
Mil Urdu
Mil Arabic
Mil Kashmiri
Mil Persian
What are Skill Subject?
For BG, Kashmir University has introduced Skill Enhancement Course ( SEC) for Each Sem, Students In 3rd/4th Sem has to choose 1 skill subject at each sem.
Note For 3rd Sem, Disaster Management is Compulsory For Arts Stream.
