Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Junior Assistant (Office): Graduation degree is required.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduation in B.Com with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Junior Executive (Common Grade): Graduation in any discipline.
- Junior Executive (Finance): B.Com with ICWA/ CA/ MBA with a specialization in Finance.
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Tech. in Fire Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Automobile Engg.
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 years’ regular course after graduation OR 5 years’ integrated regular course after 10+2) and the candidate should be eligible to get enrolled as an Advocate in Bar Council of India to practice in Indian courts.
Age Limit:
- Junior Assistant: Maximum 30 Years
- Senior Assistant: Maximum 30 Years
- Junior Executive: Maximum 27 Years
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the online examination, followed by various tests based on the position they have applied for. The selection process includes Application Verification, Computer Literacy Test in MS Office, Physical Measurement Test, Physical Endurance Test, and Driving Test for different positions.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of Rs.1000/- is applicable for most candidates. However, SC/ST/PWD candidates, Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI, and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Salary Details:
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive pay scale based on the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) rules. The salary details are as follows:
- Junior Assistant: Rs. 40,000-3%-140,000
- Senior Assistant: Rs. 36,000-3%-110,000
- Junior Executive: Rs. 31,000-3%-92,000
